The pool is heated, indoors and 18.3 x 7.3 metres in size.
The depth varies from 0.75 - 1.75 metres.
Water temperature is normally around 31 degrees Celsius. (But it does vary a bit!)

We rely entirely on volunteers who give their time to manage the pool, including all Lifeguards and Assistants.
We are always in need of more help.
If you would like to help, please contact any of the management committee or send us an E mail. (Don’t forget you must include rotspa in the subject box). Alternatively you can give your details to the Lifeguard Assistant at any public session. Free training is given to all Lifeguards on a Monday night, leading to the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification. Assistants are instructed in First Aid.
The pool was built in 1973 with money raised locally to contribute towards its construction.
